What OEM and ODM services do you provide?
We support product appearance and structural design, functional development, component selection, 3D prototyping, engineering samples, tooling, mass production, and packaging customization. Basic customization includes logos, colors, labels, manuals, battery capacities, and plug specifications.
Can you develop a product from an idea or improve an existing design?
Yes. You may provide a product concept, sketch, reference image, sample, or confirmed design. We can evaluate its feasibility, improve the appearance and structure, develop the required functions, and prepare it for mass production.
What information is needed to evaluate a custom project?
Please provide the product concept or reference, required functions, target specifications, estimated order quantity, destination market, certification requirements, and preferred completion date. More complete information allows us to assess the project and quotation more accurately.
How long does a custom product development project take?
A project starting with only a concept and basic specifications usually takes approximately 70–90 days from requirement confirmation to mass production. If the appearance and structure have already been finalized, the process usually takes approximately 40–60 days. The actual timeline depends on revisions, sample approval, tooling adjustments, and testing requirements.
Are there design, prototyping, and tooling costs?
Costs are evaluated according to the product type, customization scope, and development complexity. Design, 3D prototyping, engineering sample, and tooling fees will be discussed and confirmed before the project begins.
How do you control product quality during production?
Our quality control process includes incoming material inspection, appearance inspection, functional testing, aging tests, and pre-packaging inspection. We can also follow customer-specified AQL standards and cooperate with third-party inspection agencies.
